At Corali, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when your order has shipped.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery timeframes:

    • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days.

    • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or customs clearance.

Shipment Confirmation

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for packages lost or delayed by the courier, but we will assist you in filing a claim.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@corali.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
