Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Products with opened or torn lamination cannot be returned.
To start a return, email us at info@corali.com . We’ll send you a return label and instructions.
Note: Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Let us know immediately and we’ll make it right.
Exchanges
For a quick exchange, return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
