Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Shipping should take between 2 to 4 working days to reach you.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

To track your order, you can send us a message by WhatsApp and our customer support agent will give you all the details of your shipment.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Return request must be initiated within 2 days of receival of the products.

Please note: Products with opened or torn lamination are not eligible for return.
